  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, are requested to contact the registration secretariat at sehagul@dekon.com.tr. Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the program.
  • The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird deadline, it will not be considered early bird, if the payment has not been received before the deadline.
  • Registration Fees include VAT.

Permission
  • Organizing Committee plans to take photographs and video material at the Joint IFAC Meeting 6th Symposium on System Structure and Control (SSSC2016) and 13th Workshop on Time Delay Systems (TDS2016) in Istanbul, Turkey and reproduce them in educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the SSSC & TDS 2016 website.

    Cancellation Policy – Registration:
    Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the SSSC 2016 & TDS 2016 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to sehagul@dekon.com.tr .

    • Cancellations received before or on 1 June, 2016 – full refund less a 10% administration fee
    • Cancellations received on or between 2 June – 21 June, 2016 –  full refund less a 20% administration fee
    • Cancellations received on or after 22 June, 2016 –  no refund, name change will be available

    Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of SSSC 2016 & TDS 2016, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

    • Deadline for hotel reservations is April 1, 2016. For reservation requests after that date, Dekon may not be able to guarantee any available rooms with the above-mentioned room rates.
    • Room reservations will be confirmed only after receiving full payment by credit card or bank transfer.
    • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. If you expect to arrive earlier than the check-in time and require guaranteed check-in on arrival, please make your hotel reservations for the day before.

    Cancellation Policy – Accommodation:
    Cancellations or changes should be received in writing by the OGH 2016 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to registration@oghsymposium2016.org . Please do not contact the hotels directly.

    • Cancellations received before or on February 15, 2016 – eligible for full refund, less one night deposit
    • Cancellations received on or after Febnruary 16, 2016 –  no refund

    Please note that accommodation refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of OGH 2016, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

    In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be non-refundable.
    Late arrival /Early Departure Fee - If you arrive later or leave earlier than on the dates of your confirmed booking, the total cost of accommodation will be charged and no refunds will be issued.

    • Cancellations received on or after March 26, 2014 –  no refund

    Please note that transfer refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of ASCVTS 2014, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

    • Reservations will be confirmed only after receiving the full payment by credit card or bank transfer. If the payment has not been received by March 1, 2014, it will be assumed that the participant no longer wishes to go on the tour and the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
    • Above tours are available between or on April 1 – 8, 2014.
    • Above tours can be operated with a minimum of 5 attendees. Dekon may cancel a tour if the minimum number of people required is not reached. In such cases, the fees will be fully refunded.

    * These tours cannot be operated on Tuesdays.

    Cancellation Policy – Daily Tour:
    Cancellations of daily tours should be received in writing by the ASCVTS 2014 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to registration@ascvts2014.org . An administrative fee of € 10 will be applied for any cancellations before or on March 15, 2014.
    Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations on or after March 16, 2014.
    Please note that tour refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of ASCVTS 2014, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.

    • Above tours can be operated with a minimum of 5 attendees. Dekon may cancel a tour if the minimum number of people required is not reached. In such cases, the fees will be fully refunded.

    Cancellations of pre-post tours should be received in writing by the ASCVTS 2014 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to registration@ascvts2014.org . An administrative fee of € 50 will be applied for any cancellations before or on March 1, 2014.
    Cancellations received between or on March 2 – 15, 2014: Eligible for 50% refund.
    Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations on or after March 16, 2014.
