Cancellation policy
Cancellation of Registration must be received in writing by the INTER2025 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to inter2025registration@dekongroup.com.
Name changes are possible for the same type of registration until August 15th, 2025. It will not be possible onsite. The organizing committee cannot be held responsible for double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will be applied.
Cancellation made UNTIL including 31st of July 2025, entitled to an 80% refund. Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations on or after 1st of August 2025.
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 10 business days after the end of INTER 2025, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
