We have been informed that some of our delegates and faculty members have been receiving emails from ops@gtravelmanagement.com asking for their travel details in relation to their participation in the EURAM Conference taking place in Florence next June.
Be aware that these are ‘scam’ emails, and they are not coming from EURAM Conference official organisers, or anyone related to the conference.
Please do not reply to these messages or to any message coming from similar email addresses.
Also note that the registration processes for EURAM 2025 can only be completed through the official EURAM 2025 website and its designated registration system managed by DEKON Congress & Tourism and can be accessible HERE.
To ensure your security, please avoid using any third-party websites or services claiming to handle EURAM 2025 registration or accommodation.

The nearest hotel to the EURAM 2025 conference venue is Hilton Garden Inn Florence Novoli, and bookings can only be made through the EURAM 2025 registration panel.
A wide range of hotels are available in Florence. June is a touristic month; therefore, we advise to book your hotel as soon as possible.
